Cytomel drug description and what Cytomel is used to treat
Cytomel is a thyroid hormone. Its action is unclear but it enhances oxygen consumption by most tissues of the body thus increasing the basal metabolic rate and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids.
