Dexasone and Corticosteroid use: Dexasone is a corticosteroid. Inform all your doctors that you have used corticosteroids.
Dexasone and Diabetes: Dexasone causes blood glucose to increase; therefore, high blood sugar may occur, glucose tolerance may change, and diabetes may worsen. If you have diabetes, monitor your blood glucose closely and report any abnormalities to your doctor.
Dexasone and Eyes: People with herpes simplex of the eye should use Dexasone with caution because of possible corneal perforation.
