Nexium is manufactured by AstraZeneca Inc. Nexium is a TABLET in Canada. It CANNOT be split in half. This medicine is a proton pump inhibitor used to treat heartburn, or gastroesophageal reflux. If you have severe liver problems, you should take no more than 20 milligrams of Nexium per day.
