For the relief of symptoms of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, the recommended dosage depends on the weight of the children. For patient above 25 Kg can have a recommended dosage of 100mg twice per day. For patients between 10 to 25 Kg can have a recommended dosage of 50mg twice per day. For Ankylosing Spondylitis, the recommended dosage of this medication is 200mg per day. The dosage can be taken once or twice equally divided dosages. The medication should be taken at the same time every day. This will maintain the level of medication in the body. This medication comes in the form of capsules. For the patients who have difficulty in swallowing the medication may take the dosage by sprinkling the contents of the capsule in a spoonful of applesauce.
