How to Take Drysol
Drysol should be used exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider for getting better results. This medication should not be used in larger quantities. You should use Drysol on dry skin only. Before applying this medication, the treated area needs to be dried properly by hair dryer. This medication should be applied at bedtime. After applying Drysol, the treated area needs to be left for around six to eight hours. This medication needs to be applied evenly in underarms. A slight film of this medication needs to be left on skin. When this medication is applied on scalp, it needs to be applied uniformly. For wrapping the treated area, you can wear plastic washable cap. The next morning, the plastic cover needs to be removed. This cover should not be reused. The plastic cap needs to be rinsed out with water and dried wholly before utilizing again. After it, the treated area needs to be washed with shampoo thoroughly. This application can be repeated for around two or three nights until you achieve desired results. There is no need of any dosing schedule, because it is not a prescription medication. If a dose is missed by you, wait until following night as well as use Drysol at bedtime.
