The medication works slowly. Any noticeable improvement can be observed after six months of use. It is advisable to the patients not to be worried if any great change does not occur in the initial period. In case of insomnia, use the medication in the morning and if you are feeling drowsy then take Celexa at bed time. The drug can be taken with or without food. If you feel any stomach problems, then take the medication with food. It should be taken in the same time of each day so that an even level of medication is maintained in your blood.
